Welcome to InvestorLens. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvestorLens website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by InvestorLens ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

1.1 Eligibility

InvestorLens offers limited free access, including a specified number of free stock reports. Free tier limitations may change at our discretion.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and unlimited reports. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period.

2.4 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused features. We encourage you to take advantage of our free tier to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, content, reports, analysis methodologies, and underlying technology, is owned by InvestorLens and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

3.2 Your Use of Reports

Reports generated through your account are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and print reports for your own investment research. You may not redistribute, publish, or sell reports to third parties without our written consent.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

Our Service relies on financial data and information from third-party sources. • Investment losses or trading losses
• Losses resulting from reliance on our analysis or reports
• Any damages arising from service interruptions or errors

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
